THE AXXTECH Dumpshield System
- Terrain Monitoring & Control: Automatically evaluates ground stability before allowing dumping.
- Pitch & Roll Analysis: Continuously monitors both pitch (forward/backward tilt) and roll (side-to-side tilt) for maximum safety.
- Automated Safety Lock: Prevents dumping when terrain inclination exceeds safe thresholds.
- High-Precision Sensors: Inclinometer accuracy of 0.1 degrees, ensuring precise control.
- Smart Data Logging: Stores records of the last 50 dumping operations, including date, time, pitch, and roll angles.
- Fail-Safe Operation: Manual override available via password if required for emergency unloading.
How It Works
The system continuously communicates with the inclinometer sensor and high-dump sensor.
When the operator activates the dump lever, the system checks the pitch and roll angles.
If the terrain is within the safe limit, dumping is authorized.
If not, the system blocks the tipping process and triggers visual and audible warnings.
Additionally, the CPU is integrated with the air solenoid that controls hydraulic dumping. This ensures full operational control and automatic blocking if any unsafe condition is detected.
